1. Is a Deposit Required?
At Arizona Inflatable Events, we request a deposit of 25 percent on all in-house rental items. The deposit is non-refundable and can be paid through a variety of card options, as well as a business check. If you are paying with a purchase order, simply present a copy of the purchase order to satisfy the requirements of the deposit.
2. When Should I Make My Reservation?
We know that you are probably excited for the event or party that you are hosting, and that you want everything to go smoothly. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you call or email us as soon as possible. We tend to book very quickly, and the inflatable that you want may not be available. Arizona Inflatable Events strives to provide the best customer service to all of our clients. 3. Can Inflatables Be Inside?
Depending on the inflatable that you have chosen and the space you have available, it is possible to set up inflatables in an indoor setting. When the weather doesn’t look good for an outdoor party, don’t cancel the party! Simply relocate your event and enjoy all of the fun that inflatables provide in an inside space.
4. Do You Provide Supervision?
Our rentals do not include supervision, but we can provide attendants for your event at an additional cost if you request this option. Inflatables provide hours of laughter and fun, but they do need to be supervised. Please make sure that you have at least one adult present at every inflatable piece during your party.
5. Do You Charge For Delivery?
Depending on the date and location of your event, there may be a delivery fee. We deliver throughout the entire state of Arizona, as well as into parts of California, Nevada, and New Mexico. Please be sure to contact us for the information you need.
6. Are You Insured?
While every state has different requirements for inflatable rental companies, Arizona Inflatable Events is proud to let you know that we are fully insured.
